After a long hiatus of not posting, some exciting news from Team Herilino! Baby Jack Michael arrived on Wednesday, January 31st at 11:27 AM weighing in at 7 lbs, 15 oz and 21 inches long. As we did when we welcomed Andie into our family, we feel so overwhelmed by the love and support that helped bring him into the world! After the fire destroyed Kristin's parents home in October, we found hope in this Mizuta Masahide quote: "My barn having burned to the ground, I can now see the moon." Seems especially fitting that this baby boy chose to come into the world the morning of the super blue blood moon. Kristin enjoyed the nitrous oxide that helped bring Jack into the world. Jack's labor and delivery were much faster than Andie's (~8 hrs to Andie's ~56!), and Kristin and Jason made it to the hospital less than an hour before he was born.
